LockrShop Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and 4MICE LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as LockrShop ("LockrShop," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility (13+ Only)

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under 13, you may not use or access the Service.
• By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity on your account unless prohibited by law.

4. Marketplace Basics and User Responsibilities

LockrShop provides a platform where users can list items, message other users, and arrange sales or trades. You understand that:

• We are not a party to transactions between users.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings.
• You are responsible for your own interactions, decisions, and transactions.

5. Listings Rules

You may create listings only for items you have the right to sell or trade. Listings must be truthful and must not:

• Include illegal, obscene, pornographic, or hateful content
• Promote or facilitate illegal activity
• Include instructions for wrongdoing
• Involve banned or restricted items, including (without limitation) firearms, ammunition, explosives, drugs, or other prohibited goods
• Misrepresent the condition, ownership, or authenticity of an item

We may remove listings or suspend accounts at our discretion to protect users or the Service.

6. Messaging and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others
• Solicit sexual content from minors or engage in sexual exploitation of any kind
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Collect other users' personal data for spam or commercial exploitation
• Send spam or unsolicited promotions
• Attempt to bypass security or interfere with the Service

We may moderate, remove content, or restrict accounts to enforce these Terms.

7. Transactions: Sales, Trades, and Safety

7.1 Sales and Trades Are Between Users

All transactions are between users. You are responsible for:

• Determining whether a counterparty is trustworthy
• Inspecting items
• Agreeing on exchange or pickup details
• Complying with local laws

7.2 Final Sale; No Returns by LockrShop

LockrShop does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for user-to-user transactions. Any disputes are between the users.

7.3 Payments (If/When Enabled)

If we enable payments processing, you agree to comply with any additional payment terms posted at that time. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.

8. Content License

You retain ownership of content you submit (like photos and descriptions). By posting content, you grant LockrShop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

9. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or users.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LockrShop WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:

• AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR
• $100

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LockrShop and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, held in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

You and LockrShop agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted.

Notice of Dispute

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
